If you have got your hands dirty through direct operational experience either as part of an operational servicing team or as a BA/BC in the business, you are the team player we are looking for. An understanding of operating models and operational design will be beneficial although not mandatory.
The Business Consultant’s role is to work in conjunction with the customer solutions team to look after our customers to solve business challenges, providing process optimisation options, business benefit realisation and on-going ‘best’ business use of e5 Workflow thought leadership. You will also asked to help out from time to time with implementation and customer service to support relevant business thought leadership and discovery activities required at different stages within the customer life cycle. Main responsibilities include identification of business drivers (business challenges and opportunities) that will determine the business solution requirements. You will also support creation of business relevant demos and Proof of Concepts and participate in business architecture presentations.
You will be expected to deliver these skills mainly within the financial services industries across Australia and primarily be based in Melbourne.
This role does not require hands on work with the product – though you will be expected to develop detailed familiarisation of the e5 Workflow platform and reach a high standard of competence in explaining the business capabilities of the technology to a business audience. To support this requirement you will be expected to reach a minimum level of competency in navigating the various solutions. Whilst demonstration of the technology to customers is not mandatory the expectation is that you will reach a level of competence in demonstrating vertical specific applications to your internal customers.
