Our customers are our first priority and we are looking for someone who understands how link business needs to the e5 Workflow platform. This role works closely with customers, account managers, business analysts and technical teams, and is primarily responsible for providing technical and application expertise in the context of understanding the business problem(s) challenging our customers and how e5 and its related services can solve them. It requires collaboration with various roles, both internal and external and is involved through the entire project life cycle from the initial engagement through to go-live.
Financial services industry knowledge is critical to the role in order to engage our clients with credibility, as well as an understanding of business processes and how e5 solutions can be implemented, configured and customised to help them achieve their goals.
This role also requires a strong understanding of both Enterprise IT as well as private and public cloud infrastructure platforms and will need to be able to engage authentically with representatives who are skilled in these areas. This includes recommnedations around hybrid deployment scenarios, infrastructure topologies and capacity planning.
You will be expected to deliver these skills mainly within the financial services industry across North America and internationally.
This role also requires a technology related diploma or degree, certification in cloud technology (eg. Azure, AWS, GCP), experience in AGILE SDLC and project delivery. Working experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Document Management (DM), Workflow and/or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) would be beneficial.
